As most of you will know I love to exercise, but feel the only exercise worth doing is the kind that makes you pant and sweat, the more I sweat the more I like it.
But I also know that you need to tone, something I just find ssoo very boring, unless its done in a class or even better with friends.
I just don’t have time to fit an exercise class into my busy life at the moment and don’t really want to add to the amount of driving I already do either.
As I get older I know I need to stretch and keep supple.
So my first challenge of this year is to add some toning exercise to my weekly routine
After seeing how well Emily is getting on with her Yogalates I thought I would give it a try.
Today she lent me her Ultimate Yogalates DVD and I have just spent the last hour doing it.
To my surprise I really enjoyed it but wont be able to do the whole hour in one go as I get bored easily with this kind of exercise.
Its divided into 3 sections so I will do a section each night this week that way I wont get bored.
Then I will get myself the Yogalates for weight loss and a non slip mat is needed too.
I wonder if you ever get used to her Voice 🙂

Yeah, I find doing the full hour slightly boring too and really, really hard work. Mark and I found the best way to do it is to alternate the three workouts. Also now we have two other dvds it’s getting more exciting and it gets better the more flexible you become, and when you see yourself improving! Keep at it 😀
Good for you, Sally! x
I have just bought my own, Lateral Thigh Trainer for home..:-) and I have changed my diet since the 1st of Jan..lost 2lbs..but really its toning I have to do..might give this a try. But I am going to see how I get on with this for now.
Yes Sally your right. How much more could you fit in to your busy life 🙂 x x
