When my boys moan about having to do certain things, I always tell them, as they get older they will often have to do things they don’t want to do.
So to set them an example I am about to do something I don’t really want to do.
Although there is a possibility that I might actually enjoy it.
On Wednesday I am going into work to get trained on the tills BUT that does not mean I am giving up my fish job.

In our tescos they train the customers to use the tills š
Sometimes you’ve got to do things you don’t like but they often aren’t nearly as bad as you feared
I am the same as Steve… as you know I worked on the Deli in Sainsburys…. and I wouldn’t do it… !
I didn’t like the way they use to come round looking for Till trained staff and taking them off our rota… then when free come back again.
You might like it… I have done lots of things I didn’t like doing over the years, .. and yes told my boys the same thing.
Personally I avoid the the tills like the plague, and take great pride in saying “sorry I’d love to help… but I’m not till trained”!
