When that happens, it’s usually because my socks were too thin and the shoes rubbed against my heel weirdly. I’ll bet if you put padding and a giant band-aid over it, and wear thick socks, you can keep on running/walking.
Ellee, thats why its so bad….i did 2 of the walks with the blister….!!
would have to be dying to miss out on a walk….. before anyone tells me off, i know it was silly of me..but….
Ouch, you poor thing, I hope you didn’t continue walking afterewards.
