• sat in dentist waiting for an appointment that was at 1 6 . 1 0 not happy lots to do #
• an hour and a half wasted in the dentist… then no follow up appointments till december #
• washing ironing and homewpork tonight… but no new iron as shop was shut after the dentist #
• Anne i might get that iron was all set to get it today then dentist messed my plans up hope your soon feeling well again… #
• BTW off to lakes Thursday after work 🙂 🙂 #

If you were ever a fan of Joy division, or even if you were not a fan, I can highly recommend the Film Control.

It tells the story of Ian Curtis, joy divisions lead signer.

In 1995 his wife ,Deborah Curtis wrote the book “Touching from a Distance.”  a book that was on my book shelf for many years.

The film was based on this book and filmed in Nottingham and Macclesfield

I was so engrossed in the film and the music that I did not notice it had been filmed in black and white.

And yes it made me cry……..

• was trying to change my bulb in my outside light…. we had a fight but I won 🙂 #

For those of you that don’t remember, I have a liking for nice bright Wellington boots .

Yesterday while out and about I could tell the seasons are changing and the shops are starting to fill up with all those fantastic boots again.

Who ever thought Wellington boots are boring are just not looking in the right places. 

This year my new craze for winter is going to be scarf’s…..

• Time off work in school holidays will be hard 🙁 #
• Massage table ordered soon be getting lots of practise #

Welcome to any new readers who may have come for a look round my blog after reading about me in the Tesco  Staff magazine called one team.

They ran a nice little article about my GR20 walk in Corsica.

I especially like the introduction where they call me  “superfit” and where they quote me as saying “I am hoping to do something like this again ”
