Did you know that today is Stress Awareness day ??

I shall be spending a few hours In Tesco at Downham Market. 

Giving Massage taster sessions to the staff, to demonstrate how massage can help with stress.

Its a good opportunity to promote myself

I have information sheets and will give a discount to anyone that books a massage.

Lets hope it goes well 🙂

Well if I cannot move home closer to work I may be able to move work closer to home 🙂

First Night time run of the year

Not in my village but from @cloudgazers house

It meant we had a full 30 min run 🙂

My new Aldi left and right footed running socks felt good.

I also felt safer in my new glow in the dark jacket from Aldi too 🙂

It was a great evening for a run and did me the world of good.

Just the tonic I needed after letting my card reader push me over the edge 🙁

Happy smiley face is back 🙂
