Some projects…

While Geoff is away I need to keep myself very busy , so before he went I set myselfprojects 015 a few goals.

A. To get back into my running, and doing 60 min runs.

B. To loose 10lb in weight

C. To read some books.

D. To watch the whole series of Sex in the city.

I am doing real well with my  running , out for 40 and 20 min runs up to 4 times a week.

I have also lost 4lb in weight due to the running I expect and the fact I am so love sick I just have no appetite  🙁

Then after reading Helena’s blog over at Creatingprojects 013a Likeness I decided I would like to make some cards.

So today i treated myself to a magazine called “let’s make cards” it has over 250 pieces in it for making cards

I also got myself a kit for making some brooches. trouble is they are Crochet flowers and I don’t really Crochet but sure i can work it out 🙂

Now I just have to learn to sit still  and concentrate so I can do these projects, then maybe the reading will start

Tomorrow I plan to start watching Sex in the City but don’t hold your breath 🙂

No Easter chocolate for me…

But wonderful beautiful new shoes…

from the Ecco lite collection. supremely soft and liteweight leather uppers ,combined with ecco’s unique direct injected single piece polyurethane outsole, give a slipper like feel and a glove like fit. 🙂

They are wonderful Thanks a million Geoff  x

Also a beautiful hand made Easter Card from Helena over at Creating a Likeness

Bare with me…

I don’t have a lot to say at the moment  :-(   but I am sure that will change soon.

I have been busy getting back into my running… up to 40 min’s now and seeing/feeling the benefits  already.

Will try to measure the distance on Google Earth or Memory map later.

Went cinema with my boys last night to see The Boat That Rocked , it was a really excellent feel good film.

Saw a trailer for a great looking horror film called  The Haunting in Connecticut. one we shall all go and see if it comes to the cinema here.

and that’s all for now lovely readers be assured I am still reading your blogs if not writing 🙂
