What Sports Car are you….

Found this over at The Pedalogue…. a great bit of fun and once again my results describe me very well

I'm a Mazda Miata!

You like to soak up the sun, but your tastes are down to earth. Everyone thinks you're cute. Life is a winding road, and you like to take the curves in stride. Let other people compete in the rat race - you're just here to enjoy the ride.

Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz.

My Next Life….

I want to live my next life backwards!

You start out dead and get that out of the way first.

Then, you wake up in a nursing home feeling better every day.

When you are kicked out of the home for being too healthy, you spend   several years enjoying your retirement and collecting a nice big pension.

When you start work, you get a gold watch on your first day.

You work 40 years or so, getting younger every day until soon you’re too young to work.

So then, you go to college: play sports, date, drink, and party.

As you get even younger, you become a kid again.

You go to school, play, and have no responsibilities.

In a few years, you become a baby and everyone runs themselves ragged keeping you happy.

You spend your last 9 months floating peacefully in luxury, spa-like conditions: central heating, room service on tap.

Until finally…You finish off as an orgasm.

I rest my case

A treat not to be missed…..

Geoff made the splash and I followed in gentle behind…..

This year I had my swimsuit so I could join Geoff at the opening of the Jesus Green pool.blog 083

In fact we were the first 2 brave souls to enter the water.

Amazingly the water felt very warm at 51°F, a couple of degrees warmer than last year.

I managed to do 4 lengths, and still did not feel too cold.

Hopefully this was the first of many swims over the next few months.

I have to decide now if its worth getting a season ticket at a cost of £88 compared to Geoff’s £52.

All photos can be seen here and look out for us in The Cambridge evening news on Friday 🙂

Good news and Bad news…..

First the bad, Andrew failed his driving test :-(

I have re-booked it for him on July 3rd.

By the time he gets a job he will owe me a fortune.

The good news is I finally plucked up the courage and put my house onto the Exchange forum.

Now its just a waiting game and I expect it to be a very long wait 🙁
