Home made jam and scones

Had a practice run of baking some scones ready for my home made Jam.

Can tell you they smell delicious and taste even better than they look.

Don’t think they will last till tomorrow for one second….

Once my boys get home I will be lucky if they last the hour.

They look wonderful. None of us can get scones and cakes to rise properly here – something to do with the ovens.
