Eighteen years in the baking !
The Making of Emily’s Birthday cake can be seen here
Matthew helped me make it and the recipe came from a new baking book that Emily and Mark got me for Christmas, called Exceptional Cakes.
It was a huge success and Emily could not believe it was a home baked cake.
What better compliment could you get !!
