In 1997 I did my first Race for life, it was a small affair compared to today’s events.

Since then I have dipped in and out of them, 2004 being the last time I did one.

For some unknown reason I have decided to enter it again this year.

Maybe its just to prove to myself that I can still do it or maybe I just want a little challenge

At the moment there will be three of us doing it, in Cambridge on 4th July.

Of course I will want to run it as fast as I can.

I would like to think I could do it in 30 mins but in reality it will be more like 35mins.
