  • Time to sit out in the sun its a glourious day #
  • scones smell wonderful too bet they wont last long #
  • Andrew has failed in his mission to get me the GR10 book #
  • just readin up about logibar…. wishing i was walking with Geoff #
  • spooky was just reading next day there is a cool canyon walk, with a suspension bridge above a 500ft drop! Thinking how i would love that #
  • this time tomorrow and i will be starting my massage course at college #
  • back from the gym great work out great shower 🙂 #

Following Geoff (day 7)

Tonight Geoff is at Logibar and much to his delight the bar was open.

His stats for the first week are :-  over 182,342 steps 142km , 7400m up and 7000m down.

Tomorrow he is going to do the Le Pont suspendu d’Holzarte a suspension bridge, over a 500ft drop, it  adds  an hour to his walking day but will be well worth it. It looks fantastic and I will be sorry not to be doing it too 🙁

Home made jam and scones

Had a practice run of baking some scones ready for my home made Jam.walk

Can tell you they smell delicious and taste even better than they look.

Don’t think they will last till tomorrow for one second….

Once my boys get home I will be lucky if they last the hour.

Blackberries….

After doing my walk on Sunday and seeing all the blackberries ,today I had my son up at 10am, to come blackberry picking with me.

He would usually sleep till at least mid -day so was not best pleased but he came with out a moan.

So off we went on a mission to pick 4lb of blackberries for my jam making.

Came home an hour later with red stained,scratched hands and over 5lb of walk 010

blackberries.

Enough for my jam and a crumble for the boys as well.

Tomorrow I will go get the cooking apples and sugar then the jam making will begin.
